Is Ncee 2022 Form Out?
Latest Update: Here is the latest update on the common entrance registration for those who are willing to know the latest update. This to inform Parents and guardians that the NCEE Registration for 2022 has been extended till Saturday 5th June 2022.
This has been approved by the federal ministry of Education. The Examination which was initially scheduled for Saturday 29th May 2022, was rescheduled to give states with low registration of candidates the opportunity to register their candidates for the examination.
NCEE Registration Eligibility
The National Common Entrance Examination for admission into Junior Secondary School (JSS 1) of Federal Government Unity Colleges for 2022 will be held throughout the country and other interested foreign countries.
Only Final year pupils of Primary Schools are eligible for the exams.
National Common Entrance Examination Structure
The examination will consist of the following:
Paper I
- Part A – Mathematics and Basic Science and Technology
- Part B – English and National Values Education
Paper-II
- Part A – Quantitative and Vocational Aptitude
- Part B – Verbal Aptitude
How to Apply for NCEE Registration Form & Examination Online
The registration fee for the 2022 NCEE is Two Thousand Five Hundred (N2,500.00) Naira only, per candidate
To register candidate(s) for NCEE, Head Teachers, Parents/ Guardians who are existing users are to login with their credentials to register. New users are to:
- Visit neco.gov.ng/ncee
- Create an online account using phone number and email address
- Activate the account from your email
- Make payment into the NECO TSA using the following payment options:
- CARD
- BANK BRANCH
- USSD
- INTERNET BANKING
- WALLET
- Enter the candidate’s bio-data & upload his/her passport size photograph
- Print photo card.

NOTE:
- Payment for the National Common Entrance Examination is done on the NECO portal.
- Change of Name, Date of Birth and/or State of Origin will not be entertained after registering a candidate online.
- Qualified candidates that chose oversubscribed Colleges are liable to be placed at any available alternative College, according to the carrying capacities of the Federal Unity Colleges.
The registration period is from Wednesday 24th March, 2022 to Saturday 5th June, 2022. The website will be closed by 8:00am on Saturday 5th June, 2022.

Importance Notice:
Where the time on the question paper differs from the time on this timetable, the time on the question paper should be strictly adhered to.
- Albinos and Blind candidates are to be allowed 30 extra minutes at the end of each paper.
- Blind candidates must make use of NECO supplied OBR Customized braille sheet for the examination.
National Common Entrance Cut Off Mark For Unity Schools
Federal Government Secondary Schools (Unity Schools) cut off mark is a major criteria which determines candidates that will be offered admission or not into any of the 104 unity schools in Nigeria after the National Common Entrance Examination has been conducted.
