About Federal Polytechnic Ile-Oluji
The Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji is a Federal government owned higher education institution located in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State, Nigeria. The current rector is Professor Emmanuel Adedayo Fasakin.
In July 2014, the Federal Polytechnic, Ile-Oluji, Ondo State was established via a Presidential pronouncement. Three other Federal Polytechnics established the same time were:
The Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas, Bonny, Rivers State.
The Federal Polytechnic, Ukana, Akwa-Ibom State.
The National Institute for Construction Technology, Uromi, Edo State
The announcement was followed by the appointment of pioneer Principal Officers (Professor E. A. Fasakin as Rector; Mr. F. O. Adetula as Registrar; Mr. A. T. Orina as Bursar; and Mr. A. A. Olofinsawe as Polytechnic Librarian) on 12th March, 2015.
